Booth space includes an 8 foot table, 2 chairs, I.D. Sign and waste basket, one wireless Internet connection and power (110) included. You are allowed to bring your own booth to fit in your 10 x 10 area.
Exhibitor Passes
Sponsor will receive 3 Exhibitor passes which provide entrance to exhibit hall and meal functions. These are the passes that your exhibit staff will use and cannot be given to attendees. Additional passes are available at a discounted price of $329

Your logo will be on the official Conference Brochure.

Your logo and 150-word product description will be displayed on the exhibitor page of the conference website.
Conference Raffle Prize

Onsite Attendee Lead Tracking
Sponsor will be provided with a data-capturing device, which will be used to scan the name badges of attendees visiting your table. Attendee contact lists (including email addresses and phone numbers) will be sent to you following the show.
Attendee Address List
Conference attendee addresses will be provided for one time use. The list includes only the names and physical mailing addresses of attendees who "opt" in to share their contact information. Please note that no email addresses or phone numbers will be given.
