* “Full Conference" is defined as November 9-12, 2009. Should The Sleeter Group offer additional promotional offers throughout the Conference registration period (May 15-November 8, 2009), the registrant is eligible for only the first offer used.

** "Main Conference" is defined as November 10-12, 2009. Full Conference registrants (Pre-Conference plus Main Conference) are also included in the contest. A winner who cancels their Main Conference registration must forfeit any prize won. Prize winners for the end of the month will be communicated and announced the first week of the following month. The Sleeter Group reserves the right to offer additional contests throughout the Conference registration period (May 15-November 8, 2009). Physical prizes, if any, will be delivered or otherwise be made available prior to November 1, 2009. A registered attendee is eligible to win any prize awarded subsequent to the date of their registration.

BigTime Hawaii Prize Passport (herein “HI Passport”)
Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY. MAIN CONFERENCE ATTENDEES ONLY. Exhibitor attendees, Speakers and Conference staff are not eligible to win. Winner of the Hawaii Prize Passport does not need to be present to win. Only one prize will be awarded.

2. HOW TO ENTER.  Upon arriving at the Conference, each Main Conference attendee will be provide a “Big Time Hawaii Passport”.  Attendees are to visit the Exhibit Hall and visit at least 25 Exhibit Booths and have their Hawaii passport stamped. Passports must  be turned into to Sleeter Group registration desk at the Wyndham Orlando Resort by Wednesday Nov. 12th at 9:00pm. Passport must have 25 unique stamps to be eligible to win. Each exhibit booth will have a unique stamp and will stamp the passport upon request. Please do not interrupt Exhibit booth staff to have your passport stamped. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER ATTENDEE.
3. PRIZE: 11-day/10-night stay in Luxury 3 Bedroom ocean front Condominium (sleeps six) in the Kai Lani resort in Ko Olina, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

4. PRIZE/ODDS.  One (1) potential winner will be drawn at random from among eligible entries received.

5. BLACKOUT DATES: All travel must be completed by November 13, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $5500.00. Actual value of prize may vary depending upon prize winner’s dates of stay. Any difference between the estimated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Prize is not transferrable. Winner and guest must be a minimum of 25 years old. No compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof.

All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, required ground transportation, all meals and beverages, and other miscellaneous expenses, are solely the responsibility of the prize winner and prize winner’s guest. Prize is subject to availability, blackout periods, regulations. Other restrictions may apply. The Sleeter Group nor BigTime/Edison’s Attic will be responsible for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events, including flights, beyond its' control. Prize winner is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary identification and/or travel documents required prior to travel. Guest has no independent right or claim to any prize. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner or winner’s guest will be forfeited. Odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Potential winner will be notified by announcement during the Nov 12, 2009 8:00 am keynote. The winner’s name will be posted on the Sleeter Group Conference Information Desk bulletin board by 9:00 am and winner will be notified via email and or telephone.
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, the right to use his/her name and likenesses in advertising, publicity and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Winner agrees to rules of condo and condo association. Move out cleaning fee is included in prize up to $250. Any cleaning beyond that amount is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to sign formal contract for condo stay or forfeit prize.
7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY.  As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, Promotion Activators, Inc., and their respective parents and affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Promotion Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize; (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle Prize, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorney’s fees and court costs.By accepting prize, winner agrees that Promotion Parties will not be held responsible for any system damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding, use or possession of prize and/or participation in any prize related activity, including any travel related thereto.
Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.  By participating in this Raffle Prize, entrants and winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of Sponsor and any applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

The Sleeter Group reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and his or her passport entry) who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this raffle prize and randomly award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor, should fraud or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the raffle game.
