10 x 10 Exhibit Booth
Booth space includes an 8-foot table, two chairs, I.D. sign, wastebasket, two wireless Internet connections, and power (110). Sponsor to bring own booth to fit in the 10 x 10 area. Platinum sponsors may upgrade to a 20 x 20 exhibit island at a discounted rate.

Exhibit Hall Theater Presentation (NEW FOR 2010)
Showcase your products at one of the exclusive evening Exhibit Hall Theater Presentations that will take place during one of the Conference Receptions, Monday or Tuesday evening. Sponsor will have 30 minutes to educate attendees on the solutions provided by Sponsor’s product in the Exhibit Hall Theater.

Inclusion in the Hawaii Prize Passport Directory of Exhibitors
Sponsor will have their company name and booth number included on the “Hawaii Prize Passport.” This Hawaii Prize Passport helps to attract and keep attendees on the Exhibit Floor. During registration, all attendees will receive a Hawaii Prize Passport to be stamped in the Exhibit Hall by select exhibitors that are participating in this opportunity.

Full Page Color Ad in the Conference Program Guide
Sponsor to provide us with a full page color ad to be included in the Conference Program Guide.

Conference Tote Insertion
One pre-approved giveaway or brochure in each Conference tote.

Meal/Break Sponsor
Sponsor will have the opportunity to sponsor one meal or break. Sponsorship includes company name and logo on signs at the buffet stations, as well as at each banquet table in the Exhibits/Meal hall, as well as a "thank you" in the Conference Program Guide. Specific meal or break sponsorships are assigned based on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibitor Conference Passes
Sponsor will receive eight (8) exhibitor passes which provide entrance to the Exhibit Hall and meal functions. These are the passes for exhibit staff to use, and cannot be given to attendees. Additional passes are available at a discounted price of $329.

Logo on Conference Brochure
Sponsor's logo will be on the official Conference Brochure.

Logo on The Sleeter Group's Conference Web Site
Sponsor's logo and 150-word product description will be displayed in a prominent position on the exhibitor page of the Conference Web site.

Conference Raffle Prize
Sponsor may sign up to offer a raffle prize, and exhibitor's company name and prize will be listed in the Conference Program Guide and on the "Special Offers" page of the Conference Web site.

Discount on The CPA Technology Advisor Spotlight Ads
All Sleeter Group Conference exhibitors receive a discount on The CPA Technology Advisor magazine’s "Spotlight Ads" in the November, 2010 issue. Exhibitors can purchase a 4.75" x 3"  four-color ad for a discounted price of $600 in the November, 2010 issue of The CPA Technology Advisor. The ad will be placed near Doug Sleeter's column, "The QuickBooks Advisor." The CPA Technology Advisor graphic design department is willing to assist with the creation of your ad. Conference exhibitors will be contacted by The CPA Technology Advisor staff to take advantage of this great discount.

Onsite Attendee Lead Tracking
Exhibitor will be provided with a data-capturing device, which Exhibitor will use to scan the name badges of attendees visiting their booth. Attendee contact lists (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers) will be sent to sponsor following the show.

Attendee Address List
Conference attendee addresses will be provided for limited use. The list includes only the names and physical mailing addresses of attendees who "opt" in to share their contact information. Please note that no e-mail addresses or phone numbers will be given.
