Booth space includes an 8-foot table, two chairs, I.D. sign, wastebasket, one wireless Internet connection, and power (110). You may bring your own booth to fit in your 10 x 10 area.
25-Minute Vendor Session
Sponsor will have 25 minutes to educate attendees on the solutions provided by your company. Vendor Sessions will occur on Monday, November 8 and Tuesday, November 9. Vendors will present either in a breakout vendor session or in the Exhibit Hall Theater during open Exhibit Hours Tuesday. Date and location of presentation are on a first come, first served basis.
Half-Page Black and White Ad in the Conference Program Guide
Provide us with your artwork and we will include your half-page black and white ad in the Program Guide. Ad placement will be chosen by The Sleeter Group.
Exhibitor Passes
Sponsor will receive five (5) exhibitor passes which provide entrance to the exhibit hall and meal functions. These are the passes your exhibit staff will use, and cannot be given to attendees. Additional passes are available at a discounted price of $329.

Onsite Attendee Lead Tracking
Sponsor will be provided with a data-capturing device, which you will use to scan the name badges of attendees visiting your booth. Attendee contact lists (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers) will be sent to you following the show..
Attendee Address List
Conference attendee addresses will be provided for two time use. The list includes only the names and physical mailing addresses of attendees who "opt" in to share their contact information. Please note that no e-mail addresses or phone numbers will be given.
