How well do I need to know QuickBooks and/or other accounting software to attend the conference?
There are no prerequisites for attending the conference, but the conference is not intended to teach the basics of QuickBooks or other accounting software. The conference is packed with consulting topics such as evaluating, installing, troubleshooting, and supporting accounting software. The conference focuses on QuickBooks and products that integrate with QuickBooks, but also includes topics on many other products in the market.

No. We use a "big screen" presentation method. The conference materials that you will receive includes detailed information coordinated with the presentations on the big screen. The Sleeter Group is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).You may receive up to 8 CPE per day of attendance. The Sleeter Group is also registered with the IRS for Enrolled Agents.

When can I check in for the Conference on-site?
You can register onsite the morning of the first day. Detailed instructions for check in will be provided to you when the conference nears.
I want to bring other people from my firm. Do we get a discount?
If you are attending the conference and would like to bring others from your firm, you may qualify for a group discount. A group is three or more people from the same firm. Please register using our online system under the primary attendee, either at the primary attendee's initial registration or later on. Or you may call our office to add attendees. I am not able to attend the conference at this time. Are the conference materials available for sale?
Conference materials are only available for conference attendees. We have many QuickBooks resource products available at the Sleeter Group Store.
I can't make it to the conference. Can someone else go in my place?
Substitutions are allowed and can be made online through October 29th.

What materials do I receive at the conference?
Prior to the Conference, you will receive a web link to detailed session descriptions (and PDFs of the handouts) which you can browse to help you make a decision about which session to attend.
Onsite, we will provide printed hand outs. If you do not attend a session, please do not take the session materials from the room; instead print them out at your office or in the Cyber Café on-site.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Our conference is 100% money-back guaranteed. If you decide that this conference is not right for you, notify a Sleeter Group on site representative on the first day of the Conference and return your materials. We will issue a full refund within 14 business days.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received by August 6, 2010. Refunds less a $55 cancellation fee, per person, will be issued on written requests received by October 9, 2009. No refunds or credits will be given after October 6, 2010. Substitutions are allowed and can be made online.
What about airfare?

When should I plan on arriving for the conference?
We recommend that you arrive a day in advance of the conference so you can register and be ready for the early start the next morning.
What type of food will be served at the conference?
We will do our best to offer a wide variety of food and beverage selections at Conference meals. Please email info@sleeter.com if you have any special dietary needs.
How should I dress? What should I bring with me?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all Conference activities. Since meeting room temperatures vary, we recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. Also, bring a lot of business cards for prize drawings and networking with your fellow attendees.
May I bring a guest to the Reception?
You may purchase a guest registration ticket for one guest which will include all after hour receptions. You may purchase a guest ticket when you register online for the event. Guest reception tickets are $25. Limited to one guest per attendee.
What is the Sleeter Group Consultants Network dinner? Can I bring a guest?
If you are a member of The Sleeter Group Consultants Network, you are invited to attend this member's only dinner.
