Attendee Registration, Happy Hour Welcome Reception, Networking Bingo and Tweetup
Sunday, November 6: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Chelsea Commons in the West Tower's Fourth Floor Conference Center
Pick up your name badge and then mingle with Conference attendees while you enjoy light appetizers and a no host bar in the fourth floor Conference center.
The Tweetup will be held 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Tip: Have your team members wear company shirts.
Note: There will be no booth set up this evening and you will not be able to access the Exhibit Hall until noon on Monday.

In addition to the official Open Exhibit hours above, we will tell attendees that many Exhibits are open during sessions, breaks and meals and that the Exhibit Hall will be open to them. So we encourage you to have someone at your booth as often as possible.

One of the best attended Open Exhibit events of the Conference. Attendees will enjoy heavy appetizers and a no host bar while browsing both the Exhibit Halls.

Cardio Boot Camp
Tuesday, November 8: 6:15 am - 7:00 am
Start your day off right with a 45 minute cardio boot camp. Led by MB Raimondi, AFAA certified instructor, this class is a great way to get your blood flowing and calories burning. We will run, hop, jump, lunge, squat, plank and more and have lots of fun doing it! All levels of participants invited. You can work at your own pace and modifications will be given.
Namaste Yoga
Wednesday, November 9: 6:15 am - 7:00 am
Join Sleeter Group Member Liz Fleming in an early morning yoga session with other Conference participants.
Optional - 2nd Annual Hoover Dam Adventure
Thursday, November 10: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm
