Exhibit Space Selection:
Exhibit booth selections will be made when all 10 x 10 exhibit booths are sold - or beginning 9/8/09, whichever comes first. Selections will be made on a first come, first served basis, based on your paid deposit. Platinum exhibitors will have the first selection of booth spaces, Gold and Silver exhibitors will choose from the remaining spaces. Bronze then Copper will select their tables based on first come first served.
Booth Specifications and Signage Rules –
Platinum, Gold and Silver (10 x 10 Booths) Include: 8 foot draped table, 2 bar stools, one wireless Internet connection, power (110), an I.D. sign, and a “We Will Return At: ____” sign. You may bring your own booth to fit in your 10 x 10 area. Your space includes a back drop (pipe and drape). You may hang a banner or other materials on the pipe and drape. For best results, please have grommets placed in the middle and top corners of the items you plan to hang.
Bronze Exhibit Space Includes: One 6 foot draped table, 2 bar stools, one wireless Internet connection, power (110), an I.D. sign, and a “We Will Return At: ____” sign. Your table area includes a back drop (pipe and drape). You may hang a banner or other materials on the pipe and drape. For best results, please have grommets placed in the middle and top corners of the items you plan to hang. Do NOT plan on having room to set a retractable banner sign in your table area, IF there is sufficient room for all six Bronze Exhibitors to place a retractable behind your tables, we will allow them – but only behind the tables. The aisle around your table must be kept clear.
Copper: One 3 foot draped bistro table, 1 bar stool, one wireless Internet connection and power (110) included. You may bring a custom table cloth with your logo or a small sign to put ON your table (no signage will be allowed on floor next to table). All items must fit under your cocktail round or in your hotel guest room– there is no storage space available.
Internet Access:
All exhibitors will have one wireless Internet connection. Additional hard wire Internet connections are available through hotel for $300.00 per line (per day), plus tax and service fee. Please click here to download the Internet Order form. These connections must be ordered prior to event and faxed to the Hotel by October 27.
Storage Space:
Storage space is limited to the space in your exhibit booth or under your table. There is no additional storage space available within the Exhibit Hall.
Booth Decor:
Additional items for your booth such as floral arrangements, plants and balloons will be at the expense of the exhibitor. These items may be ordered from the Exposition Services contractor or the hotel.
Security:
The Exhibit Hall will be unattended at times, therefore it is your responsibility to remove or lock up all valuable items if you plan on leaving your exhibit space. We will have a security guard available from the time the hall closes each evening until staff arrives in the morning. The Sleeter Group nor the Wyndham Orlando Resort will be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend that you bring security cables for your computers, even during the day.
