Exhibit Space Selection:

Booth selections will be made when all exhibit space is sold, or September 1st, whichever occurs first. Exhibitors who have paid in full will be contacted in order of their exhibit level, then by the date they signed up. Platinum exhibitors will have the opportunity to select their booth space first, followed by Gold, Silver, Bronze, then Copper. The Sleeter Group, Inc. will contact the exhibiting company for their choices.

Booth Specifications and Signage Rules –

Platinum, Gold and Silver (10 x 10 Booths) Include: One 8-foot table, two barstools, I.D. sign, wastebasket, two wireless Internet connections, and power (110). Exhibitor may bring own booth to fit in the 10 x 10 area. Exhibitor space includes a back drop (pipe and drape). Exhibitor may hang a banner or other materials on the pipe and drape. For best results, please have grommets in the middle and top corners of the items you plan to hang.

Bronze Exhibit Space Includes:One 6-foot draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, one wireless Internet connection, and power (110). These guidelines apply:

  • Exhibitors may place a banner on the pipe and drape behind the table, or the banner may be attached to the front of the table.
  • Signage may NOT touch the ground.
  • Table banners must attach to the front of the table and should be within the following dimensions: 8’ L x 30” W.
  • There may not be any signage next to the table provided.
  • Table-top signs must fit on top of the provided table and must be freestanding.
  • Exhibitors may not attach any signage to the walls within the Exhibit Hall.

Copper: One high cocktail “bistro” style table (42" diameter), one bar stool, wastebasket, one wireless Internet connection, and power (110). Exhibitor may bring a custom tablecloth with their logo or a sign to put on the table.

Internet Access:
All exhibitors will have one wireless Internet connection. If you would like to purchase a highspeed hardwired connection, please contact us.
Storage Space:
Storage space is limited to the space in your exhibit booth or under your table. There is no additional storage space available within the Exhibit Hall.
Booth Decor:
Additional items for your booth such as floral arrangements, plants and balloons will be at the expense of the exhibitor.
Security:
The Exhibit Hall will be unattended at times, therefore it is your responsibility to remove or lock up all valuable items if you plan on leaving your exhibit space. We will have a security guard available from the time the hall closes each evening until staff arrives in the morning. The Sleeter Group nor the hotel will be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend that you bring security cables for your computers, even during the day.
