If you plan to ship through Viper, shipping instructions will be included in your Exhibitor Services Manual.

Shipping Directly to the Hotel

PACKAGES/PALLETS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE 1-3 DAYS PRIOR TO GUEST ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY PROCESSING DELAYS.  PACKAGES ARRIVING 4 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO GUEST ARRIVAL WILL BE ASSESSED ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEES AS LISTED BELOW.

Please be sure that all shipping labels contain the following information:

Guest Name:__________ (the specific person who will be on property to receive)

If items need to be refrigerated or frozen, please mark clearly on the boxes.

Any other information that can help us ensure the packages are in the correct location at the correct time.

Guests are immediately contacted using the hotel messaging system, informing them that a package has arrived for them, and the Package Room phone # (63736 from a house phone) to call for delivery.
