Raffle Prize Program
Drive traffic to your booth and promote your product by offering one (or more) raffle prizes.
We will post your raffle prize description along with your logo and an image of the prize on our Raffle Prizes webpage.
Program Instructions:
- Email your ~50 word raffle prize description and an image of your prize(s).
- NEW! Do NOT ship your raffle prize(s) to The Sleeter Group or bring to the show! You will ship to the winner after the show.
- Bring an 8.5 x 11 table top sign promoting your raffle prize (place next to the raffle drawing bowl in your booth - we will provide the bowl).
- Attendees will be encouraged to stop by your booth to place their business cards in the raffle bowl.
- Wednesday: at the close of Open Exhibits, select a business card from your raffle bowl and then stop by the Sleeter Group Information Desk and tell us the winner's name(s). We will record the name of the winner (you keep the business card so you know who to ship the prize(s) to.
- Wednesday afternoon: we will post the winners' names on the Conference bulletin board.
- Winners will be told to expect the prize to be shipped to the address on their business card.
Program Deadlines:
- Submit your prize(s) description and image ASAP and we will post it on our Conference website and you will receive maximum exposure.
- Submit your prize(s) description by our print deadline and we include your item in the printed Conference Program Guide, which all attendees will receive on-site. See Key Dates.
- You may still submit your prize(s) description after the print deadline - we may be able to post your item(s) to the Conference website before the event: See Key Dates.
- You can still participate, even if you miss these deadlines: just bring your raffle signage and your own card collection container to the event. Be sure to notify your Sleeter Group Exhibits representative at the event so we can add you to our list of prize winners.
Remember, the earlier you send us your information, the more exposure your prize offering will receive.
