Product demonstrations must be complete by this date. Your 30+ minute demo will place your product/service under consideration for our "Awesome Add-On Award" (see below). Once you apply, you will be contacted to schedule your demo. |

Exhibit Booth Selection |
You will be contacted to make your booth selection based on when you signed up for your exhibit level. Click here to view a preliminary draft of the Exhibit Hall. |

Product demonstrations for The Sleeter Group’s Awesome Add-on Awards must be completed by August 27. (Note: Previous winners are not eligible to enter.)

Co-Market the Conference and Earn a FREE Banner Ad in a Conference E-mail Blast:
Conference registration is underway and we need your assistance in notifying accountants, CPAs, bookkeepers, and IT and software consultants about the event! Click here to view the resources we have to offer you.
Exhibitors who refer at least three attendees to the 2010 Conference will earn a free banner ad in one of our 2010 Conference E-mail Campaign messages (sent to over 12,000 subscribers).

Increase Your Booth Traffic in the Exhibit Hall:
 Hawaii Prize Passport ($500): Sponsor will have their company name and booth number included on the "Hawaii Prize Passport." At registration, all attendees receive this passport which is to be stamped by participating Exhibitors. At the 2009 Conference, this passport was a HUGE HIT with attendees. Many attendees thanked us for offering this passport system as a way to provide them with an incentive to visit the Exhibitors in the hall, and the Exhibitors that participated saw a significant increase in booth traffic.

This is a great marketing opportunity for all exhibitors, since exhibitor's name and prize will be listed in the Conference Program Guide and on the "Contests and Giveaways" page of our Conference Web site.
