ASAP	Logo / Product description due	If you did not provide your logo and description during the application process, please E-mail a high resolution logo (.EPS or .AI or a full size JPEG) and your 150 word product description with web site link.
ASAP	Awesome Add-on Award Interviews	Please click here to learn more about our Awesome Add-on Award program. All product demonstrations must be completed by 8/31/11.
ASAP	Submit Your Raffle Prize(s)	To have your raffle prize posted to the attendee marketing website, E-mail in your prize description and an image. (Click here for complete details).
ASAP	Reserve your hotel rooms	Click here to reserve your hotel rooms at the Conference discount rate of $149. The discount rate ends when the room block is full, or by 10/17/11.
Mid-August	August Exhibitor Newsletter	Our first Exhibitor News Update will be e-mailed to you. Please accept the invitation to our newsletter (we sent it just after you sent in your application) and add newsletter@sleeter.com to your E-mail list of approved senders.
ASAP	Exhibit Fees: Balances due	All balances, including Additional Sponsorship items, are due.
9/1/11	Exhibit booth selections begin	You will be contacted to make your booth selection based on when you signed up for your exhibit level. We begin with the highest exhibit level and the process takes approximately weeks. We will notify everyone once all booths and table locations have been assigned).
9/30/11	September Exhibitor Newsletter	We will e-mail you key date reminders and other important updates.
ASAP	Book your hotel rooms	The discount group rate at The Cosmopolitan is $149/night. Our block is actually sold out, but as of October12 the hotel is still honoring our rate - the rates will definitely go up on 10/17. Click here to reserve your room.
10/3/11	Conference Program Guide Ad - artwork due	If you have signed up for a Conference Program Guide ad, your artwork is due on this date. Click here for the artwork specifications and where to send your artwork.
10/4/11	Attendee Contact List	We will e-mail you a link and password to download attendee addresses. (No e-mail addresses are included in the attendee list).
10/14/11	Raffle promoted in Conference Program Guide - Print Deadline	E-mail your raffle prize description so that we can include it on the Raffles webpage for attendee marketing and in the on-site Conference Program Guide. To learn more about offering a free raffle prize click here.

10/14/11	Shipping to Viper Warehouse begins	First day freight can arrive at Viper warehouse in Las Vegas.
10/18/11	Booth staff registration deadline	Click here online system to register your booth staff. If you need to purchase additional booth passes ($369 each) contact Nathan at 925-416-6300. Please note: these passes are for your employees only and may not be given to attendees.
10/18/11	Last day to sign up for the Grand Prize Passport	Last day to sign up to have your name listed on the Grand Prize Passport. This is the passport attendees will have stamped by participating exhibitors in order to be eligible to win the Conference Grand Prize.
10/18/11	Last day to sign up for Virtual Tote Bag Virtual Tote Bag PDF files are due	Last day to sign up to have your PDF collateral posted on the Virtual Conference Tote Bag webpage (additional fees apply). Please e-mail us your PDF file(s) and a 75 word description by this date.
10/21/11	Viper Exhibitor Services order forms due	Viper order due to Viper Exhibitor Services. This is also the last day for discount pricing on accessories and floral.
10/21/11	Last day to sign up for the Raffle Prize Program for web posting	This is the last day to sign up to have your raffle prize(s) posted to our Conference website.
10/24/11	Order A/V	Last day to order additional booth A/V without a late fee. (your exhibit level includes one basic 110v electrical package and wireless Internet). Click here to download a PDF of the order form.
10/28/11	Shipping to Viper Warehouse - Last day without fee	This is the last day items can ARRIVE at the Viper warehouse without incurring a late charge.
11/2/11	Shipping to hotel - earliest arrival at hotel	This is the earliest day packages may arrive at the Hotel without additional storage fees.
11/4/11	Shipping to Viper Warehouse - will include Late Fee	This is the last day Viper warehouse will be accepting shipments. Viper will accept the shipment on this date, but you will be charged a 30% late charge. Alternate: Ship directly to the Hotel.
Sunday 11/6/11 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm	Welcome Reception for attendees & exhibitors	Attendee Registration, Happy Hour Reception and Networking Bingo & Tweetup Exhibitors are encouraged to come and mingle! Note: The Tweetup begins at 6:00 pm (Tip: Have your team members wear company shirts). Note: There will be no booth set up this evening and you will not be able to access the Exhibit Hall until noon on Monday.
11/7/11	Show Site Deliveries per Viper Services	If you plan on shipping to Viper Services for a "Show Site Delivery" - your items must arrive on 11/7/11 by 5:00pm
Monday 11/7/11 12:00 pm - 5:15 pm	Exhibitor Registration, Exhibit Hall Set-up	12:00 pm - 5:15 pm: Exhibitor Registration - Make your way to the 4th floor Conference Center at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Note: Lunch for attendees and exhibitors is "on your own" while the Exhibit / Meal Hall is being set up on Monday. 12:00 pm -5:15 pm: Set up your booth in the Exhibit Hall(s) 5:15 pm - 7:30 pm: Your booth must be set up before the Conference Reception & Open Exhibits begin. For safety purposes and the consideration of other Exhibitors, no set up will be allowed Monday evening after 5:15 pm.
Tuesday 11/8/11 5:15 pm - 7:30 pm	Viva Las Vegas Conference Reception & Open Exhibits	Viva Las Vegas Conference Reception & Exhibit Hall Grand Opening - Open Exhibits, heavy hors d' oeuvres and no-host bars - in both Exhibit Halls.
Wednesday 11/9/11 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm	Final Open Exhibits and Exhibit Hall Tear Down	Final Open Exhibits: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm Pack up your booth between 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
Mid-November	Exhibitor Survey	We will e-mail you our post-conference survey. Please provide us with your feedback!
