Our first Exhibitor News Update will be e-mailed to you. Please accept the invitation to our newsletter (we sent it just after you sent in your application) and add newsletter@sleeter.com to your E-mail list of approved senders.

You will be contacted to make your booth selection based on when you signed up for your exhibit level. We begin with the highest exhibit level and the process takes approximately weeks. We will notify everyone once all booths and table locations have been assigned).

The discount group rate at The Cosmopolitan is $149/night. Our block is actually sold out, but as of October12 the hotel is still honoring our rate - the rates will definitely go up on 10/17. Click here to reserve your room.

Last day to sign up to have your name listed on the Grand Prize Passport. This is the passport attendees will have stamped by participating exhibitors in order to be eligible to win the Conference Grand Prize.

This is the last day items can ARRIVE at the Viper warehouse without incurring a late charge.

This is the earliest day packages may arrive at the Hotel without additional storage fees.

Shipping to Viper Warehouse - will include Late Fee

This is the last day Viper warehouse will be accepting shipments. Viper will accept the shipment on this date, but you will be charged a 30% late charge. Alternate: Ship directly to the Hotel.

Note: Lunch for attendees and exhibitors is "on your own" while the Exhibit / Meal Hall is being set up on Monday.

12:00 pm -5:15 pm: Set up your booth in the Exhibit Hall(s)

5:15 pm - 7:30 pm: Your booth must be set up before the Conference Reception & Open Exhibits begin.
For safety purposes and the consideration of other Exhibitors, no set up will be allowed Monday evening after 5:15 pm.
