Debuting for the 2011 Conference, the ASC Mobile Application offers a unique opportunity to put your brand/company information in front of Conference attendees and highlight your participation in this new technology tool. Conference attendees will be spending time in the Mobile App as they plan, attend and follow-up on the day's events so it's an unparalleled opportunity for you to get your information in the forefront over the entire event! We have chosen the "Intelligent Connect Mobile Platinum Solution" by AllianceTech as the official Mobile App Solution for the Conference.

The ASC Mobile Application provides attendees with full access to event content through their mobile devices, smart phones, tablets and laptops. The Mobile App options include access to:

  • Create a Personal Agenda

Pre-event and on-site promotion of your Sponsorship will include:

Pre-event:

  • Recognition on the Conference website.
  • E-mail blast to registered attendees announcing Mobile App and recognizing Sponsor(s) (must sign up by 10/21)
  • Tweet announcing Sponsorship of Mobile App.
  • FaceBook post on Conference Facebook announcing Sponsorship.
  • Attendee confirmation e-mail will include instructions on use of Mobile Application with Sponsor recognition.
  • Sponsor(s) logo(s) will be listed in the Conference marketing brochure.
  • Sponsor(s) logo(s) will be displayed in rotation on the bottom of the home screen of the App.

Onsite & Post Event

  • Numerous call-outs in the Conference Program Guide.
  • Back cover of the Conference Program Guide will include Mobile App info and a thank you to Mobile App Sponsors.
  • Signage announcing Mobile App with QR Code for attendees to scan to receive link to App. Sponsor(s) logo(s) will be included on signage.
  • Mobile App Help desk with Sponsor(s) logo(s) on signage.
  • Announcement during Doug Sleeter's opening keynote where the Mobile App will be highlighted and the Sponsor(s) will be recognized.
  • Conference PowerPoint slide promoting use of Mobile App will include Sponsor(s) logo(s) and will run during some breaks in the general session room.
  • E-mail to attendees offering a prize incentive for the completion of the Conference Survey via the Mobile App, wherein Sponsor(s) will be recognized in e-mail content.

The ASC Mobile Application Sponsorship is available to just two more Sponsors at the price of $4,000 each. (BillQuick Software has purchased one of the three original sponsorships).
