Make sure your marketing collateral is available to attendees on our Online Conference Tote Bag webpage. Provide us with your marketing collateral in PDF format (up to 2 PDFs) and your 75 word description and we will place these items on the Online Conference Tote Bag webpage in alphabetical order by Exhibitor name. We will promote the page before, during and after the Conference. The Conference Mobile Solution will include a link to the Online Conference webpage as well. We encourage you to consider including a special offer to attendees in your description/PDF to help drive attendees to download your materials. You will save money and time by not having to print and ship your marketing collateral to the event. Attendees will appreciate not having to carry around all the paper (much of which they often toss out). The environment wins too!
ASC Mobile Solution: (Three Sponsorships): $3,000 Each
The ASC Mobile Solution offers a unique opportunity to put your brand/company information in front of Conference attendees and highlight your participation in this new technology tool. Conference attendees will be spending time in the ASC Mobile Solution as they plan, attend and follow-up on the day's events so it's an unparalleled opportunity for you to get your information in the forefront over the entire event! The ASC Mobile Solution provides attendees with full access to event content through their mobile devices, smart phones, tablets and laptops.
Conference Grand Prize Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000 - SOLD
At registration, all attendees will receive a "Your Company Name Grand Prize Passport/Pocket Agenda” (with your logo on front cover). Attendees will use the Grand Prize Passport throughout the Conference as a “mini-agenda” as well as take to participating exhibit booths to be “stamped”. Attendees are required to obtain a certain number of stamps in order to be in the drawing for the prize(s). One lucky attendee will win a 2013 Conference Pass and three nights’ hotel accommodations.
In addition to the exposure on the cover of the Grand Prize Passport, Sponsor will receive:
- 20 x 30 thank you signage: one sign near your Exhibit booth, one in a main traffic area between the General Session room and the Exhibit Hall
- Acknowledgement on the attendee marketing website (large call out box at the top of the raffle page with your company name and logo)
- Mention in at least two e-mail marketing messages to potential attendees (13,000 subscribers of The Sleeter Group’s newsletter) with your logo
- Recognition on stage by the Conference host during the Grand Prize announcement
- Logo and company name on PowerPoint Slide during Grand Prize announcement (during the final General Session on stage)
Participant Lanyard Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $3,000
Your company name or URL will be prominently imprinted on name badge lanyards that are worn throughout the Conference by all attendees and speakers.
Internet Café (One Sponsorship Available): $2,500
The Internet Café will be available to attendees to check e-mail and print session presentations and boarding passes. This opportunity gives the sponsor outstanding visibility throughout the Conference. We will have the Internet Café located just outside of the Marquis Ballroom in a high traffic attendee area. The Internet Café will include signage with sponsor's name and logo, two (2) computers, and two (2) printers. Sponsor may provide marketing collateral that we will make available in the Internet Café. Sponsorship will be promoted in the Conference Program Guide and on the Conference website as "(Your Company Name's) Internet Café."
E-Mail Marketing Message to ~13,000 Sleeter Group Clients (Two Sponsorships Available): $3,000
The Sleeter Group will send an e-mail message to our mailing list (approximately 12,000 recipients) on your behalf. Use this opportunity to highlight the solutions provided by your company.
General Session "Chair Drop" Sponsor (Four Sponsorships Available): $1,500 per sponsorship
Receive maximum exposure to all those attending General Sessions at the Conference. Sponsor's marketing piece will be placed on each attendee's chair. Marketing piece must be an 8.5" x 11" (maximum size) flyer/ad sheet, and it must be provided by the sponsor. (Note: Materials to be included are provided by the sponsor and shipped to The Sleeter Group prior to the show. All items must be pre-approved by The Sleeter Group.) Cost applies to one (1) General Session.
Welcome Reception Mixer (One Sponsorship Available): $2,500
Don't miss this opportunity to help kick off the Conference! As the Conference Happy Hour Welcome Reception sponsor you will play a key role in welcoming attendees to the Conference. Recognition includes a listing on the Conference website's "Special Events" page and Conference schedule, a call out/thank you in the Conference Program Guide, thank you on stage by the Conference host, acknowledgment in the Conference PowerPoint slide deck. Sponsor's marketing collateral will be placed on reception cocktail tables. Sponsor has option to provide us with customized cocktail napkins for the event.
Conference Reception Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000
Recognition includes mention on Conference "Special Events" webpage and all Conference schedules. Recognition at the event includes logo on signage, advertisement in the Conference Program Guide, thank you on stage by Conference host, logo in the Conference PowerPoint slide and your marketing collateral placed on reception tables. Sponsor has option to provide us with customized cocktail napkins for the event.
Note: The reception will be held in the Marquis Ballroom. Exhibits will be open, and a food station will be located as close to your booth as feasible.
Customer Appreciation Reception (Three Sponsorships Available): $2,000
Host your own private Customer Appreciation Reception in one of our Conference meeting rooms at the Anaheim Marriott. These meeting rooms can accommodate 80 people reception style. Three time slots are available for this first-come, first-served opportunity:
Sunday, October 21: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Monday, October 22: 8:15pm – 9:45pm
Tuesday, October 23: 7:15pm – 8:45pm
*Sponsorship does not include the cost of food & beverage, decorations, signage or audio-visual. You will be responsible for inviting attendees to your reception, and this event will not be made public by The Sleeter Group or posted in Conference materials.
