Participation in the Grand Prize Passport Directory of Exhibitors: $300 SOLD OUT
Exhibitor will have their company name and booth number included on the "Grand Prize Passport." The Passport provides a proven incentive for attendees to visit your booth. All attendees receive the Grand Prize Passport during registration, to be stamped in the Exhibit Hall by participating exhibitors.

Virtual Conference Tote Bag: $500
Make sure your marketing collateral is available to attendees on our Virtual Tote Bag webpage. Provide us with your marketing collateral in PDF format (up to 2 PDFs) and your 75 word description and we will place these items on the Virtual Tote Bag webpage in alphabetical order by Exhibitor name. We will promote the page before, during and after the Conference. The Conference Mobile Application will include a link to the Virtual Tote Bag webpage as well. We encourage you to consider including a special offer to attendees in your description/PDF to help drive attendees download your materials. You will save money and time by not having to print and ship your marketing collateral to the event. Attendees will appreciate not having to carry around all the paper (much of which they often toss out). The environment wins too!

Debuting for the 2011 Conference, the ASC Mobile Application offers a unique opportunity to put your brand/company information in front of Conference attendees and highlight your participation in this new technology tool. Conference attendees will be spending time in the Mobile App as they plan, attend and follow-up on the day's events so it's an unparalleled opportunity for you to get your information in the forefront over the entire event! 30 Minute Vendor Educational Session: $2,000 SOLD OUT

75 Minute Vendor Educational Session: $3,500 SOLD OUT
Sponsor will have 75 minutes to educate attendees on the solutions provided by their company.

Water Station Sponsorship (One Sponsorship Available): $2,500
Signage with your company name and logo on all meeting area water stations.

Cyber Cafe (Two Sponsorships Available): $2,000 for Each or $3500 for Both
The Cyber Cafe will be available to attendees to check e-mail and print session presentations and boarding passes. This opportunity gives the sponsor outstanding visibility throughout the Conference. We will have one Cyber Café located outside of the Chelsea Exhibit Hall and one Cyber Café located outside of the Mont RExhibit Hall. Each Cyber Cafe will include signage with sponsor's name and logo, one computer, and one printer. Sponsor may provide marketing collateral that we will make available in the Cyber Cafe. Sponsorship will be promoted in the Conference Program Guide and on the Conference website as "(Your Company Name's) Cyber Cafe."

The Sleeter Group will send an e-mail message to our mailing list (approximately 12,000 recipients) on your behalf. Use this exclusive opportunity to highlight the solutions provided by your company.

Keynote Sponsorship (Three Sponsorships Available): $1,500 SOLD
Receive maximum exposure to all attendees at a Conference Keynote session. Sponsor's marketing collateral will be placed on each attendee's chair in advance of the keynote session.

Happy Hour Welcome Reception/Tweetup Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $3,500 SOLD
Don't miss this opportunity to help kick off the Conference! As the Conference Happy Hour Welcome Reception and Tweetup sponsor, you will play a key role in welcoming attendees to the Conference. Recognition includes a listing on the Conference website's "Special Events" page and Conference schedule, a call out/thank you in the Conference Program Guide, thank you on stage by the Conference host, acknowledgment in the Conference PowerPoint slide deck. Sponsor's marketing collateral will be placed on reception cocktail tables. Sponsor's logo will be included on the Tweetup signage, Bingo cards and Tweetup list of attendee names/Twitter handles. Sponsor has option to provide us with Bingo prizes and customized cocktail napkins for the event.

Viva Las Vegas - Main Conference Reception Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000 SOLD
Recognition includes mention on Conference "Special Events" webpage and all Conference schedules. Recognition at the event includes logo on signage, advertisement in the Conference Program Guide, printed invitation with logo given to each attendee, thank you on stage by Conference host, logo in the Conference PowerPoint slide, logo printed on the cocktail napkins used at the reception, and your marketing collateral placed on reception tables. Note: The reception will be held in both Exhibit Halls. Exhibits will be open, and a food station will be located as close to your booth as feasible.

Grand Prize Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000 SOLD
At registration, all attendees will receive a "Grand Prize Passport" (with your company name/logo) to be stamped in the Exhibit Hall by select exhibitors. Attendees will be required to obtain a certain number of stamps in order to be in the drawing for the prize(s). One winner will receive a 2012 Conference pass and three nights hotel accommodations. Sponsor will receive a complimentary tote bag insertion, thank you signage at the event, acknowledgement on the Conference website, mention in at least one e-mail marketing message and recognition on stage by the Conference host during prize announcement. The sponsorship will be listed as "(Your Company Name's) Grand Prize Passport."
