Copper Sponsorship is available to first time exhibitors only and is subject to approval by Conference management.
"Bistro" Table
Your space will include a high cocktail “bistro” style table (42" diameter), one bar stool, wastebasket, one wireless Internet connection, and power (110). You may bring a custom tablecloth with your logo or a sign to put on your table.
Exhibitor Passes
Sponsor will receive two exhibitor passes which provide entrance to the exhibit hall and meal functions. These are the passes that your exhibit staff will use, and cannot be given to attendees. Note: Two exhibit passes are provided so that you can rotate “staffing” at your table. We do not recommend that two staff members “staff” your table at the same time, as space at the bistro table is very limited.
Logo on The Sleeter Group's Conference Web Site
Your logo and 150-word product description will be displayed in a prominent position on the exhibitor page of the Conference Web site.
Conference Raffle Prize
Sign up to offer a raffle prize and your company name and prize will be listed in the Conference Program Guide and on the “Special Offers” page of our Conference Web site.
Onsite Attendee Lead Tracking
Sponsor will be provided with a data-capturing device, which you will use to scan the name badges of attendees visiting your booth. Attendee contact lists (including e-mail addresses and phone numbers) will be sent to you following the show.
Attendee Address List
Conference attendee addresses will be provided for one time use. The list includes only the names and physical mailing addresses of attendees who "opt" in to share their contact information. Please note that no e-mail addresses or phone numbers will be given.
