6 Foot Table
Your exhibit space will include a 6 Foot draped table, 2 chairs, waste basket, one wireless Internet connection and power (110).
*Exhibitors are allowed to put a banner on the pipe and drape behind the table OR   the banner can be attached to the front of the  table. Signage must NOT touch the ground.
* Table banners must attach to the front of the table and should be within the following dimensions: 8’ L x 30” W.
* There can be NO signage next to the  table provided.
* T Table-top signs must fit on top of the table provided and must be freestanding.
* Exhibitors are not allowed to attach any signage to the walls within the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitor Passes
Sponsor will receive 2 Exhibitor  passes which provide entrance to exhibit hall and meal functions. These are the passes that your exhibit staff will use and cannot be given to attendees. Additional passes available at a discounted price of $329.

Your logo and 150-word product description will be displayed on the exhibitor page of the conference website.

Conference Raffle Prize
Sign up to offer a raffle prize and your company name and prize will be listed in the Conference program guide and on the “Special Offers” page of our Conference website.

Onsite Attendee Lead Tracking- Track Your Leads Electronically
Each exhibitor company will be provided with a data-capturing device, which will be used to scan the name badges of attendees visiting your table. Attendee contact lists (including email addresses and phone numbers) will be sent to you following the show.

Attendee Address List
Conference attendee addresses will be provided for one time use. The list includes only the names and physical mailing addresses of attendees who "opt" in to share their contact information. Please note that no email addresses or phone numbers will be given.
