Additional Marketing Opportunities for 2010

Hawaii Prize Passport (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000*
At registration, all attendees will receive a Hawaii Prize Passport (with your company name/logo) to be stamped in the Exhibit Hall by select exhibitors. Attendees will be required to obtain a certain number of stamps in order to be in the drawing for the prize. The Grand Prize is a 10-day stay at a luxury three-bedroom oceanfront villa in the Ko Olina resort on the island of Oahu, Hawaii (transportation not included), and will be provided by The Sleeter Group. The prize may also include a product giveaway by the Sponsor. This sponsorship will be listed as the “INSERT YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE” Hawaii Prize Passport.

Monday’s Conference Welcome Reception Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $5,000
Don’t miss this opportunity to help kick off the Conference! As the Conference Welcome Reception sponsor, you will be play a key role in welcoming attendees to the Conference. Recognition includes display of sponsor’s logo on a main wall (Gobo light), listing on the Conference Web site’s “Special Events” page and Conference schedule, a 1/3 page advertisement for the Conference Welcome in the Conference Program Guide, public announcement and thank you by Conference hosts, and the opportunity for sponsor to have a flyer or giveaway item placed on each banquet table in the hall. Note: Conference Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall and exhibits will be open, and a food station will be located as close to sponsor’s booth as feasible. Sponsor may also provide The Sleeter Group with logo napkins for the reception.

Tuesday’s Main Conference Reception Sponsor (One Sponsorships Available: $5,000
Recognition includes display of sponsor’s  logo on a main wall (Gobo light), listing on the Conference Web site’s “Special Events” page and Conference schedule, a 1/3 page advertisement for the Conference reception in the Conference Program Guide, 1/2 page printed invitation given to each attendee, public announcement and thank you by Conference hosts, and the opportunity for sponsor to have a flyer or giveaway item placed on each banquet table in the hall. Note: Conference Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall and exhibits will be open, and a food station will be located as close to sponsor’s booth as feasible. Sponsor may also provide The Sleeter Group with logo napkins for the reception.

Massage Chair/Relaxation Station: (One Sponsorship Available): $3,500
Relax! Generate traffic to your booth and get great visibility with a Massage Chair/Relaxation Station sponsorship. The Relaxation Station will be as close as feasibly possible to your booth. We will provide massage therapists and signage. Sponsorship will be promoted on The Sleeter Group’s Conference Web site as the "(Sponsor’s Name) Relaxation Station." There will be a mention of it in our e-newsletter and it will be listed in the Conference Program Guide.

Cyber Cafe (One Sponsorship Available): $3,500
The Cyber Cafe will be available to attendees to check e-mail and print out session presentations. This opportunity gives the sponsor outstanding visibility throughout the Conference. The Cyber Cafe will include a three-foot banner with sponsor’s name and logo, two computers, and one printer. Sponsor is welcome to provide us with brochures that we will make available in the area and replenish daily. Your sponsorship will be promoted in the Conference Program Guide and on The Sleeter Group's Conference Web site as the "(Your Company Name) Cyber Cafe."

Water Station Sponsorship (One Sponsorship Available): $3,500
8.5” x 11” signage at each water station in the exhibit hall, each breakout session room, hallways, near the registration area, etc. Sponsor may place collateral at the tables and sponsor will be mentioned in the Conference Program Guide as the Water Station sponsor.

Participant Lanyard Sponsor (One Sponsorship Available): $3,000*
Sponsor’s name and/or URL on all attendees' name badge lanyards.

Keynote Sponsorship (Three Sponsorships Available): $1,500 per sponsorship
Cost applies to one keynote session. Receive maximum exposure to all those attending keynote sessions at the Conference. Sponsor’s marketing piece will be placed on each attendee's chair. Marketing piece must be an 8.5" x 11" (maximum size) flyer/ad sheet, and it must be provided by the sponsor. (Note: Materials to be included are provided by the sponsor and shipped to The Sleeter Group prior to the show. All items must be pre-approved by The Sleeter Group.)

Breakout Session Sponsor: $1,500 per breakout
This includes sponsor company's information in instructor's slide deck, a mention by the instructor, sponsor’s brochure or giveaway item on attendees' seats ("chair drop"), and signage near the entrance door. (Note: Materials to be included are provided by the sponsor and shipped to The Sleeter Group prior to the show. All items must be pre-approved by The Sleeter Group.)

E-Mail Blast (Four Sponsorships Available): $1,500
On your behalf, in September, The Sleeter Group will send a Conference-related e-mail message to our entire mailing list of approximately 11,000 recipients, listing your company as a featured exhibitor. We will also feature your company in a separate e-mail to our registered attendees. Use this exclusive opportunity to highlight the solutions provided by your company. Sponsor must provide copy (limited to 300 words) and a product or company logo to The Sleeter Group. The message must be approved by The Sleeter Group.

Notepad Kit Sponsorship (One Sponsorship Available): $1,500
This is an exclusive Conference tote insertion. Sponsor will be the sole party allowed to provide a small notepad and pen combination to attendees. (Note: Materials to be included are provided by the sponsor and shipped to The Sleeter Group prior to the show. All items must be pre-approved by The Sleeter Group.)

Conference Tote Insertion: $1,500
Sponsor may provide one pre-approved literature piece or novelty item in the Conference tote. Every attendee receives a Conference tote when they check in at Conference registration, ensuring that every attendee walks away with information about sponsor’s company. (Note: Materials to be included are provided by the sponsor and shipped to The Sleeter Group prior to the show. All items must be pre-approved by The Sleeter Group.)

Exhibit Hall Walking Tour (20 Sponsorships Available): $1,000
A staff member from The CPA Technology Advisor will conduct an attendee walking tour in the exhibit hall and will stop by sponsor’s booth and spend 5-7 minutes describing sponsor’s product.

Participation in the Hawaii Prize Passport Directory of Exhibitors: $500
Sponsor will have their company name and booth number included on the “Hawaii Prize Passport.” This Hawaii Prize Passport helps to attract and keep attendees on the Exhibit Floor. At registration, all attendees will receive this passport to be stamped in the exhibit hall by participating exhibitors.

Conference Raffle Prize Program: FREE
Promote your product or service by offering one or more raffle prizes. This is a great marketing opportunity for all exhibitors, since exhibitor’s name and prize will be listed in the Conference Program Guide and on the "Contests and Giveaways" page of our Conference Web site.
